Clans Suggestions

Hi, my suggestion is to add moderation clan roles in clans, till now there's only two roles
1-Leader (only one person can have this role)
2-member(anyone can have this role)
so the problem here that if anyone want to moderate the clan (kick-invite someone ETC)
the only person who will manage to do this is the leader, so my Suggestion is to add more roles in the clan (moderator-admin-ETC)
OR
allow leader to add perms per person
like this
clan perm kick zedoon/
clan perm invite zedoon/
if the person doesn't have the perm this command "clan perm (perm) (IGN)" will give it to the player, but if the player already have this perm it will take it off
you can use any way to do it roles or perms or both doesn't really matter

my other clans suggestion is to add more things like :
1-clan alert :
the command should be like "/clan alert (alert)" and whatever was typed (shouldn't pass 10 words it's just an alert) in the clan alert it should pop up in all clan members screens like this

clan alert everyone go to pvp now/
2-clan announcements
the commands should be like "/clan announcement (announcement)" "/clan announcement remove" so this is a chat message should appear when a clan member join the server or a clan announcement get set for the first time or someone in the clan change it
Example
clan announcement guys we need only 2k points to get top 13 try to get more points in pvp/
3- clan bio
simply whenever someone type "clan info" or "clan info (clan name)" it will show the members and the leader [maybe the mods and admin if my suggestion got accepted] and there should be a bio that doesn't pass 10 words
command should be like "/clan bio (the bio)" /clan bio remove
