Client Check

Hi , i have a suggestion , a command (/bac <name>) to check if someone is on Badlion Client-Side Anticheat + (/client <name>) to know what client he is using (allow players to use this command will be useful) + /Client to show what client im using rn (will be useful for Youtubers to proof if they are on Bac - Lunar or any client

Hello zedoon,

Thanks for your suggestion but, unfortunately due to the minecraft protocol, a server cannot check if someone is on a specified client

This can only be possible of the server has some modifications that includes the Client API which can be used to communicate with it's clients using packets

For example badlion, it has the anticheat which doesn't check your CPS or any other illegal modifications all the time, what it does is checking your computer tasks (including hidden tasks) because as I said above it's connected with your client

is it possible to detect what's player using? yes, but not all clients, just the clients who send channel
is it safe? no
why? cuz hacks can also send the same channel

the only client that u can't fake is badlion cuz it's not sending any channel, but u can detect player if he's using bl if u have BAC with BAC API

clients that u can detect: Hyperium, Lunar, LabyMod, Forge and PvPLounge

but as i said, hacks can send the same channel that other clients send, so it's not that safe
